Kamil Glik joined Cracovia in the summer of 2023. The 36-year-old has played 23 matches for the Krakow team - scoring two goals and providing one assist. His contract runs until the end of June, but he has not played since October due to a serious knee injury.

What is the situation with his contract?

- I think it will be a decision of the entire sports department. As for Kamil, I can say that for the first time in my life I have seen something like this, where a footballer, after tearing both ligaments, returns to the pitch in less than three months. I wish him the fastest return to the pitch, to regain great form, because then it will be easier for us to talk about a new contract - says Dróżdż.

And he adds: - But let's also remember that sometimes rushing into such serious injuries is a bad adviser. It can cause the second ligament to rupture, as happened, for example, with Arkadiusz Milik.

After 22 rounds, Cracovia is in 6th place in the Ekstraklasa table with 35 points. It is 9 points behind the leader Lech Poznań, and Jagiellonia Białystok is 7 points behind the podium - third place.
